About Us

JM Associates Federal Credit Union officially opened its doors on October 21, 1980, at the SET Port Facility. A full-service, federally chartered credit union, JMAFCU serves associates and family members in all 50 states and abroad. JMAFCU currently has 6 offices. Two in Jacksonville, FL, Deerfield Beach, FL, Mobile, AL, St. Louis, MO and Commerce, GA.

Who Can Join

Membership at JM Associates Federal Credit Union is open to:

  • Associates, retirees, and interns of JM Family Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliated companies

  • Immediate family members or surviving spouses of JMAFCU members

Immediate family includes:
Spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, including step and adoptive relationships.

Membership Benefits

Once you join JMAFCU, you’re a member for life, even if you leave your employer.

Getting started is simple:

  • A $5 membership fee

  • A $5 deposit into your Share Savings account

This establishes your membership and gives you access to all the products and services JMAFCU has to offer.
